The watch is not running should I change the battery right away?
The battery should be replaced right away due to the fact the battery could leak and cause serious damage to your watch.

The crystal fogs up sometimes and goes away within a day. Does that mean water got into the watch?
If your crystal fogs up and goes away then moisture has not gotten into the watch. If your crystal fogs up and shows water droplets that do not go away within a day, then moisture has gotten into the watch and should have the watch cleaned right away.

If I pull out the crown will that help prolong the battery?
We do not recommend pulling out the crown because the battery is still being drained but at a slower rate and the oil could dry out a lot sooner than normal.
