• How long should an automatic watch run for if not worn?

    If the watch is fully wound and in optimal condition it depends on each manufacturer, but the usual power reserve is 40 hours when not in motion.

  • The crystal fogs up sometimes, did water get into my watch?

    Most likely if the crystal or glass on your watch has condensation but goes away and does not show till the next day, is most likely do to the change in temperature. However, if the condensation is still there and you see water droplets most likely moisture has entered your watch and you should bring to get the watch clean as soon as possible.

  • Is it true that you should not put your watch on top of your mobile phone because of magnets?

    The magnetism from the mobile phone will magnetize the hairspring or other parts that will affect the time keeping of your watch.

  • How long does it take to service a watch?

    Depends on how many watches we have in for repair but usually 7 – 14 working days depending on the type of repair and if parts need to be ordered.

  • How often should I service my watch?

    Usually manufacturers recommend every 4 – 5 years depending how often you wear your watch and the different temperatures your watch is put through

  • My quartz watch is not running, should I change the battery right away?

    Yes you should bring your watch in to change the battery right away! The battery could leak and seriously damage your watch if not changed as soon as possible.

  • Water got into my watch! What should I do?

    You should bring it to any of our 8 locations to send to our main service center to dry out. Rice will not work in this can and should have the watch looked at as soon as possible.
