Plating

We were contracted to engineer and design two small vacuum chambers for use in coating metal plates. The chamber included a custom-designed table to accommodate the chiller and vacuum pump. It had to be engineered to prevent tip-over because the chamber’s required placement made the table extremely top-heavy.

Our client used our design to fabricate, assemble, integrate controls, and test the chamber before delivery to the end user.
